We’re excited to announce the launch of Legacy Inspire, our brand new platform to help you create powerful legacy communications.
Back in January 2020, we mystery shopped the top 50 UK legacy charities to understand how well they responded to an enquiry for more legacy information. We scored every communication sent to us using a unique, research-based methodolgy, designed by world leading legacy researcher Dr Claire Routley.
All of the creative, scores and commentary have been uploaded to a secure online platform, available to any charity looking for inspiration to improve or develop their legacy communications.
Our previous research revealed that, on average, only 40% of pledgers and 5% of prospects go on to leave a gift in their Will. Given the surge in Will writing widely reported, it is important that charities improve the overall supporter experience for legacy enquirers and maximise on this opportunity.
Legacy Inspire aims to shine a spotlight on examples of great legacy communications and to give charities the evidence and insight to improve their initial communication with legacy donors.
